L.E.A.P. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, located in Bentonville, Arkansas. The mission of L.E.A.P. is to support law enforcement in the pursuit of community safety and security. Our mandate is to support law enforcement in Benton County by supporting officers and the families of officers in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Our organization comprises local community members volunteering to assist law enforcement through fundraising, event planning, and financial contributions.

Sheriff Holloway, along with the Benton County Sheriff's Office Command staff, show their appreciation to these employees for their dedication and hard work throughout the year.
